The Placement Cell of
MITCON Institute of Management is headed by Prof.
Sanju Devis and holds the responsibility of overseeing the
annual placement exercise of the institute. Following are
the key objectives of MITCON's placement cell
-
To
keep track of the current status of our ex-students and
to record and maintain their needs and comments.

To
create and maintain a data bank on profiles of our present
students.
- To
built and maintain good relations with the industry, inviting
national and multinational groups for campus interviews,
getting feedback on our student's performance etc.

To
organize personality development programs, inviting industry
experts for visiting the campus etc.

To
assist our students in getting vacation training and outgoing
students in placements.
Placement
Committee
The Placement Committee is a team of dedicated members
whose sole purpose is to fructify the objectives of their
cell and put a maximum number of MIMAites careers on the
fast track. The members of the committee are Ms. Sarita
Paranjpe, Mr. Mahesh Baravkar and Mr. Jitendra
Hole.
