MITCON Institute of Management

MITCON started out as a consultancy firm promoted jointly by ICICI, IDBI, IFCI, SICOM, MIDC, MSSIDC and other Banks in 1982 with a view to encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship and industrial development.

From humble beginnings with small industrial assignments to medium enterprises to massive ventures, MITCON has traversed twenty-five years to become one of the biggest consulting firms in the state.

A development enthusiast, MITCON started several vocational training organizations. But the need for a superior creed of managers with quality education made itself felt, and hence MIMA was born.

MIMA looks up at its parent body for everyday inspiration and knows a similar success story of its own is in the making.

In its silver jubilee year in 2007, MITCON has set forth yet another milestone and exemplary commitment to its mission that MIMA looks up to; to emulate and to inculcate.

The MITCON Foundation:

Established in 1998 by the Sponsors and Directors, the MITCON Foundation took over solely, the responsibility of nurturing the MIMA dream. We owe the Foundation our establishment, maintenance, management and efficient control for our organization. We hope to carry forward the MITCON Foundation's vision of giving to the society an educated youth that will serve the nation with as great a gusto as they work with.
