Profile:
Minocher Patel is an inspiring motivational
speaker and corporate trainer of international repute. He
has conducted training programs for the Corporate Sector
and Student Community all over India and abroad in countries
like UAE, Switzerland, Sri Lanka and Thailand. He is the
visiting faculty of some of the top management institutes
of the country. His seminars and workshops are well known
for their high quality content backed by his unique and

He is the Founder Director of Ecole
Solitaire India's first residential finishing school. Minocher
embarked on his professional path as a corporate marketing
professional which also included a successful stint as Brand
manager for the Vadilal group & Food Specialties, Dubai.
In this highly satisfying assignment, he looked after 3
countries, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar as a country manager
handling various international brands, and was also responsible
for the promotional activities in 7 other countries in the

The Consultancy Committee offers consultancy
and training services to corporate houses and educational
institutes. The mission is to contribute to the enhancement
of managerial and teaching talent and capability in the country.
The objective is to assist corporate houses and educational
institutes by providing relevant training to managers, faculty
members and students in the identified areas to improve their
professional expertise.
MIMA offers several MDPs and FDPs
focused on functional and sectoral areas such as communication,
human resource management, organizational behaviour and education.
These programmes are designed to provide an update on knowledge
and experience base. The committee has been very active in
designing and offering several MDPs and FDPs on contemporary
topics to bring the latest in management discipline to practicing
managers and teaching faculty.
