At MITCON we believe that all work and no play can make Jack a dull boy hence, along with exposure at academic front, we encourage our students to participate in an array of de-stressing activities. These events are not just fun but also develop team building, innovation, interaction and participation spirit among students. Such activities help students to identify and develop their overall potential.

Reflections is an intercollegiate event where future managers get to share their views and experience in corporate world during their summer project tenure. The event was organized by MITCON in Sept'09, in association with DNA and House of Laptops. Around 60 colleges with 300 students participated in this competition. Participants were judged in two rounds by independent panel of judges comprising of academicians and industry experts based on their ten minute presentation.

The presentation was evaluated on parameters like:
Content:Research Methodology, Presentation skills, Project report, PowerPoint presentation, Identification of unique problem in relevance to project title, Findings & Conclusions for its relevance to stakeholders.

The event witnessed high enthusiasm among students and served as a platform for interaction and exchange amongst colleges. MITCON volunteers very highly appreciated for their coordination and smooth event management.
