Students MIMA

At MIMA, along with wide-ranging academic inputs, equal importance is attached to the all-round development of the student. This purpose is achieved by encouraging the students to organize and participate in various college activities like

Orientation Programme:
Well begun is half done! The fresh batch of 2007-08 was started through a comprehensive Induction Program held for them from 16 to 20 July 2007. A similar tradition will be maintained for all the forthcoming batches.

Cultural Activities:
We persistently encourage students to take part in various Sports and Cultural activities like dance, drama, music, poetry recitation, etc. at the Inter-Collegiate level. Our students have won prizes in these competitions.

Industrial Tours:
At MIMA the students are exposed to the practical world of Business and Management through 'Industrial Tour', which is one of the most important activities in this regard, as it gives the students a chance to relate theory to practice.
Traditional day:
The idea behind this event is to promote the spirit of National Integration. The culture and heritage of each state is shown through folk dances. A keen contest ensues, making this, a very hard to judge competition.

Annual college gathering:
This is an annual social event, normally conducted in the month of March. Its blend of activities makes it a favorite amongst the students. This is a gala event where students can showcase their talent in various other fields as well. It is an event for the students, by the students and of the students. The gathering is an opportunity for the students to come together and unwind from their busy academic schedules. Students eagerly await this social event that provides them an opportunity to showcase their organizational skills and other talents.
Blood donation camps:
Blood donation camps are conducted regularly once a year and students donate blood to social organizations.

Flag hoisting:
Flag hoisting on 15th Aug and 26th Jan was accompanied by patriotic songs.
