b) "Education - A vital management intervention tool for sustainable development of natural resources: A case-study of drought-prone Vaghapur village"; A research proposal accepted by the Indian Council of Social Science Research, (ICSSR), Delhi and a grant-in-aid of Rs 3 lakhs approved.

c) MBA Project Reports: Guided more than 150 and Examined more than 1000 students.

d) Worked as Research Associate with a premier, national-level National Institute of Bank Management, Pune for around 5 years (1982 - 88).

e) Participated in one of the biggest field-surveys of the world : "All-India Survey of Savings and Deposit Trends and Patterns" conducted by the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune (1983 - 86) for Indian Banks Association, Mumbai.

f) Prepared "National Fodder Development Plan" - submitted to Prime Minister's Office, Govt. of India (1989).
