The Research Committee: The academic team at MIMA is the foundation of our inspiration and the source of our passion. The zeal of academics in the classrooms by the faculty is the driving force for perfection in the corporate world for MIMAites. But in aspiring to be as good as any remarkable institution of the world, we understand the importance of academics beyond the confines of the classroom to the realms of research.
The research committee with the following objectives was formed to ensure keeping the light of inquisition alive.

a) Publication of the institute's own research magazine commemorating special days like Convocation or Foundation day. The MIMA faculty and students, with a view to highlighting the strength of the institute in terms of its intellectual capital, contribute the articles and themes.

b) In-house publications of Case Study books for the utility of students. These books have every faculty member contributing two original cases in his or her own area/s. Teams of faculty members are required to identify some crucial problems and issues in the society that have research potential. Such research will be produced as a monograph in the institute and are sometimes published in other journals. with proper approval.

c) Articles pertaining to research in regular renowned newspapers published as columns.

d) Contribution in the journals and magazines: The research committee will provide some assistance of editorials, if possible, in the required area for the contribution in various national and international journals. Some good journals are already available in the library.

e) AICTE approved projects can be undertaken by the faculty to produce a research of social significance. The AICTE links are available with us.
